Young Bar Mentoring Scheme

Young Bar Mentoring has now opened sign-ups for their mentoring scheme for the 2025-2026 application cycle. They are recruiting for both mentees and mentors.

Mentees must be applying for pupillage or an Inns of Court Bar or GDL scholarship in this application cycle to sign up.

They are looking for mentors who have secured any of the following in the last 4 years:

1. Pupillage,
2. A Bar Course Inns of Court scholarship,
3. A GDL Inns of Court scholarship.

The deadlines are as follows:

• Pupillage scholarship mentoring – 1 December 2025 at 23:59
• Bar Course scholarship mentoring – 11 January 2026 at 23:59
• GDL scholarship mentoring – 30 March 2026 at 23:59.
